Thanks for checking in on us. I'm just now getting back to updating the site and such. We did our Spring GAME Day in April and I took some time off working on the site, and then had a laptop hard drive die on me. I'm back at it now.

Our G.A.M.E. convention will be held at the Springfield EXPO Center. Hopefully we will have a room rate share with everyone once I talk to the hotels. The University Plaza will be right across the street.

If you would like to run some Battletech games, we will be holding an open invitation event at 1984 (1984arcade.com) for volunteers. Our efforts begin in earnest now to promote various activities at G.A.M.E. and sign-up volunteers to help run events.

Stay tuned.

Carl Morgan at Meta-Games will be the Chief gaming schedule coordinator. We will have people under him handling specific sections of gaming. Sorry for the lack of info on the site, I'm updating everything over the next couple of weeks. We are getting around to serious amounts of work to get done.

As far as a meeting to discuss gaming schedule, I would suggest you come to the Picnic at the End of the Universe on July 19th. Carl will be there, and we can meet you in person. We'll do some gaming schedule discussion there, and make plans for a future meeting to happen in .... August I think.

Thank you for your interest. If I don't get back to the message board IMMEDIATELY (and I've changed my preferences to be notified of updated post to this board via e-mail) - you can contact me directly at admin@springfieldgame.com

Thanks.

That sounds great!

Carl is working on setting up scheduling now.  We're going to have a warhorn online account that lets us post a schedule of events, and people can sign-up for them online (from what I understand).

Just let Carl know what time slot you'd like and I'm sure it's yours.  We're going to have a LOT of space - not to worry.

Thanks.
