Hey Damian,

Sorry about not replying to your post quicker.  I'm SO glad to hear you are wanting to run various games.  This is great.  Between John, Carl and I we are setting up Warhorn with all the various scheduling slots.  We plan to have this up and running no later than Friday 9/4 of this week.

You'll be able to log-in and view the available time-slots.  John and I will schedule your events for you and can assign you as a judge (GM) for the events you want to run.  It all works pretty good.  We'll have it running in a few days.

The Event Scheduling just got up and running late Monday night. Was hoping to have it ready on Friday, but it is NOW available.

You'll need to go to this page:

You'll see a link to the Warhorn page for GAME.  We currently have 15 gaming tables and 19 four hour slots for scheduling.  You can look at the Warhorn page to see the times and tables.  Then on the GAME site, you can fill out the form that will send your request to us.

Upon receiving your request, we will schedule your game at a table in the appropriate time slot.  As it says on the page, please allow 48 hours for your game to appear.

As far as pre-registering.  We need all GMs to pay for their registration by October 9th.  This is to ensure the games scheduled are "locked-in" and the GMs are in the system so we can fulfill the promised GM Rewards.  Please read this page to get details on GM Rewards: http://www.springfieldgame.com/gamemasters.html

I personally promise that you will not get "burned."  We have our payment system set-up through PayPal.  Provided the transaction goes through, everything should be fine.  You can also send us a check to the address on the Contact Us page.

If anyone has issues with registration, you can call me personally.  Chris Stuart 417-827-1563.

As a GM and pre-registering, you can actually earn enough money to pay for your whole weekend! :-D  Cool, eh?

ok then,
i'll register tommorrow,
and my games are up, and i can handle 8-16 per game,
i'd be very surprised to have that many in each tournament, but we can dream.

thanks
